At Leo&Lucky’s, we are proud to be your locally owned pet store. We know that today’s consumer would like to spend money with a locally owned business, but we believe that they should not have to spend more or be inconvenienced by doing so. With that in mind, we have been working hard over the past several years to implement programs and incentives to help our neighbors choose to shop locally with us instead of with virtual competitors. These objectives are known as the 3Cs.

Cost

We spend countless hours securing the best pricing with well-known brands in addition to smaller, independent companies. This allows us to offer a wider variety of trusted, vetted pet foods for all budget ranges. Our low-cost guarantee and price-matching policy, as well as our Lucky2BLoyal and Frequency Programs ensure our neighbors receive the best value. These programs actually make us more affordable than online outlets. Please feel free to contact our store any time to discuss pricing with us. We want to work with you to make sure you receive the best value possible.

Convenience

It’s inevitable that even the most responsible pet owners will find themselves short on food, litter, or bedding at an inopportune moment. Perhaps you can’t easily carry a large bag of pet food into your home or don’t want to deal with bringing your toddler into the store (we definitely can empathize there!) That’s why we decided to implement Free Local Delivery to further compete with online retail.

At select locations, we now offer free local delivery. If an order is over $49, delivery is free! Smaller orders are only $4.95 per order. We do not mark up delivery items or require a membership fee like many online outlets. Remember, we are always just around the corner seven days per week if you need pet supplies even more quickly.

Our grooming spa offers flexible appointment times as well as a free Preferred Client program for even more convenient scheduling. Forgot to make a grooming appointment? Check out our new self-serve pet wash!

Community

Our owners are your neighbors. We sponsor many local philanthropic efforts such as schools, sports teams, and animal rescues. We regularly offer low-cost vaccination clinics, free in-store seminars, and are always happy to answer pet care questions. Providing local pet expertise to the communities we serve is our pleasure. We love getting to know our customers, and seeing familiar faces (humans and pets!) makes our day brighter!
